Going wild...

It is crazy how we dont stop and think about why things are as they are, why we react a certain way, and why certain things affect us the way they do, etc. In the busy day to day not often do we find the time to stop and reflect on the happenings around us and our attitudes towards them. It almost seems like our lives are sort of robotic in a way, since it is usually led by our personal impulse or what everyone else seems to be doing.

Stopping every now and then to question yourself and what's happening around you might seem like an odd thing to do, but amazingly enough it helps you understand yourself better, if you're truly honest, and it helps you make better decisions overall. It really doesn't take much to just ask the questions that haven't been asked, or aren't being asked, but it makes a world of difference when you do, as those questions are the revealing factor of incredible things about yourself and the world you live in.

This is why I love the idea of creating this blog. I have come to realize that I need a moment to sort out the questions in my mind, to express any conflicts I encounter as I live my life, and to hopefully in the future inspire others to think about their lives as well. My main goal is to ask the questions and sometimes bring out some hypotheses, which will be just that - hypotheses. No ready solutions, or right answers, the goal is to question, if the answers or solutions come then it will be a byproduct of the goal, but certainly not the goal in itself.

In closing, here's some food for thought, some of what got my thoughts going wild...

Quality questions create a quality life. Successful people ask better questions, and as a result, they get better answers.

He who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; he who does not ask a question remains a fool forever.

Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear.

The art and science of asking questions is the source of all knowledge.Questions provide the key to unlocking our unlimited potential.

Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is to never stop questioning. - Albert Einstein

The power to question is the basis of all human progress. - Ghandi

No man really becomes a fool until he stops asking questions.
